Warren has a background in horticulture sciences and the formulation of agrochemicals. Joining Valent in 2006, he is responsible for extending the use of the company's current product portfolio into new crops, geographies and markets. Warren's team is specifically focused on developing new biorational agchem products.

Since 1988, Mike has dedicated his career to R&D at Valent. He currently oversees large territories in the United States, supporting Valent's growing line of registered products. As Senior Director, he also leads a team of scientists in the development of new proprietary chemistry.
