What are some tools and frameworks for creating a competitive analysis report?
I have found it helpful to conduct cross-functional and external SWOT analyses to help get a 360 view across your organization to ensure all personas are considered. For example, your executive, product, sales, marketing, customer facing teams and your customers may each have different opinions of your strengths and weaknesses. At a minimum create a cross-functional internal team and do not allow your SWOT to be an siloed exercise.

The program is a mentor/mentee relationship and each pairing runs 3 months on average.
